Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2014 Lincoln MKS- Video
Today in our 2014 Lincoln MKS, we're going to review an install, the tow ready T1 vehicle wiring with full pull trailer connector, part number 118599. The four flat trailer connector is going to send signal from the vehicle to mimic the running light, turn signal and brake signals on our trailer. Before we show you how to install it, let's go ahead and see what it looks like once it's installed. We open up the rear trunk and the spare tire compartment, and stored down next to our spare tire, where it's out of the inclemate weather when not in use. Here's our four flat connector. By keeping it inside we can avoid a lot of that wear and tear, and corrosion that'll build up on connectors that are left outside and exposed. As we take the four flat connector we're going to run it out and over the threshold. more
